Lessons in housesitting, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera

Things I have discovered over this weekend:

  • The Princess Diaries dvds can brighten just about any day
  • Men cannot multitask
  • An afternoon lying smack in the middle of a trampoline basking in the sunlight is an afternoon well-spent
  • Small dogs + tall grass + nighttime = scary situation for Sarah (and Gabe)
  • Grad school applications are annoying
  • So are income tax forms
  • So are biology assignments
  • I miss a lot of people in my life (or rather, not in my life) right now
  • A Love Song for Bobby Long still makes me cry
  • Fish food smells really, REALLY bad
  • Touching said fish food makes your hands also smell really, REALLY bad
  • I only have 34 days until graduation
  • Miso soup is really gross
  • If God calls me to serve in Japan, I'm in a lot of trouble (see above bullet)
  • My sister doesn't really know how to swim...all these years I thought it was just me!
So yeah, eventful weekend. Not really. By the by, I think I'm just going to start wearing a name tag every day listing out my life goals. I'm getting kind of tired of answering the question. Graduation time is always stressful. And no, I DO NOT HAVE A FIVE YEAR PLAN. Thanks. Good night.
