Summer Reading

So nearly all of my female friends are gone for the summer (or gone from NOLA forever), and it is going to be a male-filled few months. Whether I actually acknowledged this fact while at the bookstore on Friday, I do not know. I have, though, whether consciously or subconsciously, surrounded myself with women in the books I am reading for the summer. Defense mechanism? You be the judge. Here's the list, I'm not aiming too high numbers-wise this year...no need to disappoint myself from the get-go.
